“When POWERSOLOs LONELY GAL came my way I knew I wanted to make a horror music video since the lead-singer Kim Kix reminds me of Vincent Price. I love old school horror and miniatures and because the budget was lower than low the miniature-style came naturally. Everything smaller must cost less. Smaller sets, smaller lamps, smaller cameras etc. The lyrics of the song about the lonely gal got me thinking of the classic Bride of Frankenstein. It’s actually a very sad and disturbing story that we could be inspired by and evolve around. So I twisted it to become a more up-to-date social comment about how some men treat their wives – told in a humorous, and yet horrific fashion.” – Peder Pedersen
